Este proyecto es de carácter historico-contemporaneo, donde el objetivo final era diseñar la ampliación formal y funcional del museo contemporáneo de la ciudad de coro en el estado falcón, funcionando en un edificio histórico en el centro de dicha ciudad. mediante investigación, asesoría de especialistas y análisis se fueron dando los criterios mas convenientes para diseñar arquitectura contemporánea conjugada con un entorno de arquitectura antigua, donde el reto fue no opacar el perfil urbano del sector y a su vez no pasar desapercibido como obra arquitectónica, dándole valor agregado al edificio histórico en cuestión. esta propuesta abarca aproximadamente 2500 m2 de construcción,

Consta de dos edificios independientes de manera formal uno del otro, el primero es la ampliación directa al museo, el segundo es de ampliación funcional al museo, ubicado en frente de los primeros dos; tiene un seguimiento formal basado en la descomposición de una herradura y lineamientos de distribución y proporción de arquitectura colonial en su parte funcional, se manejo el criterio de quinta fachada y tanto colores como acabados fueron elegidos en base a los lineamientos de respeto a la autenticidad de la arquitectura histórica local. así mismo se planteó el plan de conservación arquitectónica del edificio histórico existente.
This project is of historical character-contemporary, where the ultimate goal was to design the formal enlargement and functional of the contemporary museum of the city of choir in the Falcon state, operating in a historical building in the center of the city. Through research, advice of specialists and analysis were giving the most suitable criteria for designing contemporary architecture combined with an environment of ancient architecture, where the challenge was not obscure the urban profile of the sector and its time not go unnoticed as architectural work, giving added value to the historic building in question. This proposal covers approximately 2500 m2 of construction,
Consists of two separate buildings in a formal manner from one another, the first is the direct upgrade to the museum, the second is of functional extension to the museum, located in front of the first two; has a formal follow-up based on the decomposition of a horseshoe and guidelines of distribution and proportion of colonial architecture in its functional part, They managed the criterion of fifth facade and both colors as finishes were chosen on the basis of the guidelines of respect to the authenticity of the local historical architecture. It is also raised the plan of architectural conservation of existing historical building.
